Shipping and Handling
We make all of the products on our site by hand. Usually we are able to craft your piece within one business day of it being ordered, however, some items require longer delivery times. We make every attempt to have your Ilsa Loves Rick item in your hands within one week of the purchase date.
- We ship USPS Priority Mail and Overnight (excluding Sat. delivery) to the United States.
- For Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii and for international orders, please email or call 1-917-514-8298.
- We require a physical address as USPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
- Our shipping costs for the contiguous United States and Canada are listed below. Pricing is subject to change:

14 Day Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries. The Buyer pays return shipping unless item was received in error. To return or exchange an item, please send an email or call 1-917-514-8298.

For your protection when mailing please insure the package for the full purchase amount and ship with tracking or delivery confirmation. Ilsa Loves Rick, LLC. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
