Repairs

We will repair any item purchased through the online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. We do not support products that have been purchased from a non-authorized Ilsa Loves Rick dealer.

We offer repairs due to production fault, lost earring mates, or any other alteration to a piece of Ilsa Loves Rick jewelry. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store. After one year, repairs will incur a charge.  Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer will involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge.

• For elective repairs there is a $25 service charge plus the cost of additional materials and shipping.
• Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping.

Pricing and Guidelines 

Sizing Down

• Stacking rings cannot be sized down. This requires reordering a different size.
• Other rings can be sized down for a $25 charge. 

Sizing Up

• Rings can be sized up for a $25 charge.  It is not possible to size a ring up more than 1 size.
• We do our best to accommodate repair requests, but due to the nature of our products, some components may not be available for repair of older products.

Should an item need to be returned for repair, please email us or call 1-917-514-8298 prior to returning the item.  

Products for repair should be shipped to the address below. Please ship via a method that allows fro tracking or delivery confirmation.
