Covetable...Tila March
In 2006, renowned French fashion editor Tamara Taichman wanted a unique bag to see her through fashion weeks in Paris, New York and Milan: it had to be chic, elegant and practical. Tamara sketched the design and asked her husband, Nicolas Berdugo, then Marketing Director at a prestigious leather goods brand, to make her a prototype according to these specifications. The Zelig tote was born, a bag recognizable by its paper-clip-shaped closure and its Parisian-chic style. I am particularly fond of the Colette Cabas tote designed and named for a chic Parisian boutique and The Audrey tote is buttery leather. If bags are not your thing, her small leather goods and shoes are worth a close look.
